AT&T announces a definitive agreement to acquire Time Warner in a $108.7 billion stock-and-cash transaction.

AT&T’s pending acquisition of Time Warner is the latest in a long string of important deals that Sullivan & Cromwell’s M&A team has tackled in recent years.
